The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the healthcare sector has lost close to half a million workers since February 2020. This statistic is not surprising given the continued hardships experienced by front-line leaders throughout the pandemic.

Healthcare organizations want to be the employer of choice. For this to happen, it is vital to implement strategies that leave a lasting impact on staff and foster a sustainable and more engaged workforce culture. Join Relias for this webinar where you will learn actionable steps to take that can dramatically improve retention, workforce engagement, and the safety of the care environment.

Learning objectives:

  • Analyze the existing healthcare workforce challenges across the care continuum
  • Gain insight into strategies that address and prevent burnout
  • Identify actionable steps to address the nursing shortage, promote nurse retention, and improve workforce engagement
