Trish Richardson, MSN, BSBA, RN, NE-BC, CMSRN

Trish Richardson is a board-certified nurse executive and certified medical-surgical registered nurse with close to 30 years of business and healthcare experience holding several leadership positions in clinical education, operations, management, and oversight for numerous successful organizational change initiatives. In her current role as Director, Post-Acute Care solutions for Relias, Trish is responsible for establishing and advancing the strategic vision for the Post-Acute Care Solutions Practice and providing executive clinical counsel for the SaaS (Software as a Service) organization. She is published in the Winter 2019 Tar Heel Nurse Journal highlighting the impact of nursing leadership on the patient experience. In 2021, Trish presented on Marketing & Census Recovery Post-COVID for the HCANJ Assisted Living Conference. In 2020, she presented on Cultivating Nursing and Finance Collaboration at the North Carolina Nurses Association Annual Convention. In 2019, Trish delivered a TED-Like Nurse Talk on Perseverance at the North Carolina Nurses Association Annual Convention. Trish is committed to serving her community through her work as an Executive Nurse Mentor for the American Nurses Association and volunteer for the North Carolina Office of Emergency Management, Capital Medical Reserve Corps.

Vince Baiera, BSN

Vince Baiera started his career at The Cleveland Clinic and Duke University Hospital as a cardiothoracic ICU nurse. Moving on to work as a traveling ICU nurse, Baiera worked in more than 15 hospitals across the U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands. He went on to become the lead faculty member at Central Nursing College, a one-year, accelerated LPN school. After years of consulting, Baiera switched to the business side of healthcare and now strives to make a measurable difference working with organizations to solve their biggest problems around staffing, retention, and patient care. Baiera is also an international best-selling coauthor of The Nurses Guide To Innovation, which teaches nurses how to develop and launch their business and product ideas. Baiera is also the founder of step2health, which offers proprietary assistive devices for seniors to help them reduce their risk of falls and age in place. The step2health products are sold nationwide with partners like Walmart, Lowe's, Amazon, CVS, Walgreens, and more. Vince currently lives in San Diego and is married and has twin boys.

Dr. Rola Aamar

Senior Clinical Effectiveness Consultant

Dr. Rola Aamar completed her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University, where she focused her clinical research on vulnerable populations and the importance of treatment alliance between patients, the family, and healthcare providers. Dr. Aamar was a SAMHSA Minority Fellowship Program fellow from 2014-2015. She has years of behavioral health clinical experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in primary and specialty treatment where she implemented clinical protocols to address social and relational barriers of care. She is currently the Senior Clinical Effectiveness Consultant at Relias for population health, bringing her clinical and operational knowledge of integrated care, clinical research, and behavioral healthcare to support client use of population performance data to improve clinical performance and patient health outcomes. In this role, she provides clinically informed, data-driven consulting to clients to promote performance improvement.

Cara Lunsford, RN, CPHON

Cara Lunsford is a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience, as well as a healthcare technology innovator who founded the HOLLIBLU app, the first social media network for nurses. Over her 16 year career, Cara has worked in the acute care setting as a pediatric Heme/Onc nurse, in home health and home infusion, and as Director of Nursing for an L.A. based home health and hospice organization. In 2022, Relias, the parent company of Nurse.com, acquired HOLLIBLU. Cara is now the VP, Community at Nurse.com and is excited to work with her team to create a place where nurses will find peer support, allies, professional opportunities, resources, and education.
