Relias recently partnered with the American Hospital Association (AHA) to create a report on the 2023 Health Care Workforce Scan which examined the current state of the healthcare workforce with a deep dive into employment challenges across U.S. hospitals and health systems.
According to the AHA Workforce Scan, the average hospital has turned over about 90% of its workforce since 2016. These inadequate staffing levels increase the competition for hospital labor and can affect the quality of patient care. Join us as Felicia Sadler discusses how recruitment, retention, and developing a robust pipeline are critical to creating a sustainable long-term solution for hospitals and health systems nationwide.
